Refund policy

At [AstralGlow], customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. Certain items, including personalized products, gift cards, clearance items, and final sale items, are not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photos or videos of the issue. Once the return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and process any eligible refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase; however, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers in working with the carrier if a package is lost in transit.
